As a small, home-based business operated by a single individual, every order is personally processed and packed with care. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, sales events, vacations, illness, or periods of high order volume. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Tracking Information

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Cutie scoops  is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery errors made by the carrier

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or local postal facilities.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the damage

We will review each case and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Resale Item Condition

As a resale business, some products may be pre-owned, vintage, discontinued, open-box, or sourced from third parties.

Any known defects, wear, or condition issues will be disclosed in the product listing whenever possible. Customers are encouraged to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
